These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Phonics Point website and the enrollment of students in our phonics and Cambridge English programs. By accessing our website or enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for children aged 4 to 11 years, covering LKG to Cambridge YLE levels.

2. Enrollment & Demo Classes

• Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment
• Demo classes are introductory and do not guarantee admission
• Phonics Point reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees vary by program and duration
• Payments must be made on or before due dates
• Registration or admission fees are non-refundable

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Fees paid are generally non-refundable once classes begin. Any refund decisions are at management discretion.

5. Attendance & Class Policies

Regular attendance is essential. Missed classes may not be eligible for rescheduling. Schedules may change due to operational requirements.

6. Student Conduct

Students must respect teachers and peers and follow classroom rules. Repeated misconduct may result in suspension without refund.

7. Health & Safety

Parents must disclose medical conditions or allergies. Sick children should not attend classes. Emergency medical care may be arranged if required.

8. Parental Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Ensure punctual drop-off and pick-up
• Support learning at home
• Maintain respectful communication

9. Photography & Media Usage

Photos or videos may be used for academic records or promotional purposes. Parents may opt out in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, branding, and website content belong to Phonics Point and may not be reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid. Phonics Point is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
